Life Domain balance involves the regulation of attention. To have a balanced life, one must effectively divide one's attention between the various important life domains. Emotional intelligence (EI) refers to understanding and managing emotional encounters. Individuals high in emotional intelligence tend to be better able to handle everyday stress, foster a more significant number of meaningful close relationships, and be more socially competent. Consequently, they are more likely to experience higher well-being levels or optimal psychological functioning and experience. EI coaching helps you develop your skill in noticing and understanding emotions in yourself, self-regulation, noticing and understanding emotions in others, and using emotions to facilitate your performance.

Not all of us are best equipped to deal with significant life events or the pervasive daily stressors that seem to attack regularly. Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity quickly and positively adapt to a situation's novel demands. And you can increase your resilience. This coaching offering addresses the construct of resilience and introduces you to the essential skills and abilities that promote resilience. More specifically, we address the extent to which your attention is directed at positive and negative events, the interpretation of these events, how you deal with them, and the motivation for dealing with them in a particular way.
